After 30 years navigating leadership roles across organizations like Activision Blizzard, Accenture, and JetBlue Airways, I've become fascinated by one question: Why do some teams become greater than the sum of their parts, while others filled with equally talented people somehow become less?
That question led me to found Rebel 75, where I work with leaders and teams ready to challenge outdated leadership models and create workplaces where people can truly thrive.
I believe that leadership transformation happens when we create experiences that engage the head (what we think), heart (what we value), and hands (what we do)—and that's exactly what this keynote is designed to do.
I've worked with C-suite executives having existential crises and rising stars afraid to shine too brightly. I've navigated the messy, beautiful world of organizational transformation from just about every angle you can imagine.
And here's what I know for sure: the leaders who create extraordinary impact aren't following someone else's rulebook. They're the ones brave enough to question "the way we've always done things" while still holding themselves and others accountable to something deeper than metrics or protocols.
I bring to this work not just my professional expertise, but my full humanity—including all the times I've failed, learned, and grown as a leader myself.
I can’t wait to create amazing workplaces with you because work needs rebels!
